Polokwane HBC Refresher training

From November 12-15, Gugu Phetla, Vanessa e’Silva and Nondumiso Jwara conducted a training at Mater Dei Pastoral Centre, Polokwane. Twenty two people attended.

The HBC Refresher training covered information on HIV and TB,  Treatment, Counselling, New (2010) HIV/AIDS/ TB guidelines.

The finance training sessions covered all the requirements for reporting to the SACBC AIDS Office:  Cashbook Basics, Financial Reporting Documentation, SACBC Financial Report, Filing.

The M&E training covered the reporting templates, the flow of data, responsibilities of Caregivers/ M&E Officer / Coordinator in collection, verifying and reporting of data; checklist for checking caregivers’ reports, how to verify caregivers’ reports on the ground.
