Gauteng Department of Health signs MoU with Nazareth House, Johannesburg

‘The delighted team of Nazareth House staff receives a Memorandum of Understanding from the Gauteng Department of Health representatives, in which the Department undertakes to provide anti-retroviral drugs, and laboratory testing for persons enrolled in the Nazareth House ‘Clinic of Hope and Love’. For over 10 years, Nazareth House, Yeoville has provided in-and out-patient care for persons living with HIV. These services were funded through the US Government, but with the recent reallocation of funds, this MoU goes a long way to ensuring the sustainability of the Nazareth House clinic and hospice.
